Jacob Czaja is a Buffalo, NY business owner and State Farm agent dedicated to protecting families and small business owners across Western New York. And yes, he does go by Jake from State Farm.

After beginning his career in the insurance industry in 2019 and gaining experience in multiple high-performing agencies, Jake launched his own State Farm agency in December 2023 with a long-term vision: to build a firm rooted in relationships, and community impact.

As both an entrepreneur and advisor, Jake approaches insurance differently. His agency provides auto, home, life, health, and small business insurance policies designed not just to meet today’s needs — but to scale with customers as their lives and businesses grow. He believes protection should be proactive, not reactive. This approach has led to significant impact in the community and State Farm recognition with accolades such as Honor Club (2024, 2025) and Ambassador Travel (2025)

Born and raised in Buffalo, Jake understands the responsibility that comes with serving his hometown.
